Terms of Use

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of FINT KOREA Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users in connection with the information and services provided on the website operated by the Company (fintkorea.com, the "Site").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Site" means the website the Company operates to present company information, technology and product information and news, and to receive inquiries.
2. "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company under these Terms.
3. "Content" means all information posted on the Site, including text, images, video and other materials.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Amended Terms will be posted on the Site at least 7 days before the effective date, together with the effective date and the reasons for the amendment.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

1. The Company provides services including company information, core technology and product information, R&D and certification status, company news and press coverage, and online inquiries.
2. The Company may modify or discontinue services when necessary for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice.

Article 5 (Service Hours and Interruption)

Services are provided 24 hours a day, year-round, in principle. However, services may be temporarily suspended for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, equipment replacement, communication failures or natural disasters.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in any of the following:

1. Using another person's information or submitting false information when making an inquiry
2. Reproducing, distributing, transmitting, publishing or commercially exploiting Site content without the Company's prior consent
3. Interfering with the normal operation of the Site or placing excessive load on its servers
4. Infringing the intellectual property rights, reputation or credit of the Company or any third party
5. Any other conduct that violates applicable laws

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in content posted on the Site belong to the Company. Headlines and summaries in the Press section are copyrighted by the respective media outlets; the Company provides links to the original articles only.
2. Users may not use content for commercial purposes or allow third parties to do so without the Company's prior written consent.
3. Product names and logos such as FineCare and FineCease are trademarks of the Company, and unauthorized use is prohibited.

Article 8 (Nature of Information and Disclaimer)

1. Technology and product information on the Site is for general introduction only. For definitive information on the use, efficacy and regulatory status of medical devices and cosmetics, refer to the instructions enclosed with the product and official materials from the relevant authorities.
2. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, force majeure or reasons attributable to the user.
3. The Company is not liable for any profit a user expected but failed to obtain, or lost, by using information on the Site.

Article 9 (Privacy)

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

1. The Company and users shall endeavor to resolve any dispute amicably through mutual consultation.
2. If no agreement is reached, applicable law governs, and the court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office shall be the court of first instance.
